We are proud to announce our appointment to the Pagabo National Framework for Major Works 2026, joining 55 other contractors selected to support the delivery of major construction projects across the UK public sector.
The appointment marks another significant milestone recognising our experience, technical capability and commitment to delivering high-quality construction projects across the healthcare, education and wider public sectors.
We have been appointed as a Regional Contractor under Lot 2, securing positions across two geographical regions:
- Lot 2 CORE – South West
- Lot 2 RESERVE – South East
Lot 2 covers construction projects valued between £5 million and £15 million, providing opportunities to support public sector clients with the delivery of significant construction and refurbishment programmes.
Managed by Pagabo on behalf of YPO, the new four-year framework has an estimated total value of up to £5 billion and provides public sector organisations with a compliant and efficient route to procure major construction works.
Supporting the Delivery of Public Sector Projects
The National Framework for Major Works 2026 has been developed to connect public sector organisations with experienced contractors capable of delivering construction projects that provide quality, value for money and long-term benefits to the communities they serve.
The framework is available to a wide range of public sector organisations, including NHS and healthcare providers, local authorities, educational establishments, housing providers and emergency services.
With more than 130 years of construction heritage spanning 6 generations, we have built a strong reputation for successfully delivering complex refurbishment, alteration and new-build projects, often within live and operational environments.
Our appointment creates further opportunities to build on these established relationships, working collaboratively with clients and project teams to deliver construction solutions that meet their operational requirements while minimising disruption to building users and surrounding communities.
A Commitment to Quality, Collaboration and Social Value
The appointment reflects our continued investment in quality, health and safety, environmental management and responsible construction practices.
As an ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 certified Principal Contractor, we have also recently achieved BS 99001:2022 certification, the quality management standard specifically developed for the built environment. This further demonstrates our commitment to consistent project delivery, effective stakeholder engagement and maintaining the highest standards of quality throughout the construction process.
Alongside our technical expertise, we remain committed to creating positive social value outcomes through local employment, supply chain opportunities, skills development and environmental initiatives.
These principles align closely with the objectives of the Pagabo framework, which places collaboration, sustainability and positive outcomes for people and communities at the heart of public sector procurement.
Building on the Success of the Framework
Commenting on the launch of the new framework, David Llewellyn, Construction and Infrastructure Director at Pagabo, said:
" The launch of the National Framework for Major Works 2026 marks the next chapter for one of our most established procurement routes, providing public sector organisations with access to a strong range of contractors with the expertise and capability to deliver major construction projects across the UK.
"The quality demonstrated throughout the procurement process reflects the strength of the suppliers appointed to the framework and their ability to work collaboratively to deliver high-quality outcomes for clients. Through the procurement support Pagabo provides, alongside greater opportunities for early contractor engagement and collaboration, we’re looking forward to building on the success of previous iterations and supporting the delivery of ambitious projects across the public sector."
Looking Ahead
Being selected as 1 of 56 contractors for the National Framework for Major Works 2026 is an important achievement for us and reflects the dedication and expertise of our team.
We look forward to working alongside Pagabo, YPO and public sector clients, strengthening existing partnerships and developing new relationships while continuing to deliver projects that make a meaningful and lasting difference.
